Mohit Bajrangi

Categories: Hate Mongers
Location: Uttar Pradesh

Mohit Bajrangi, a far-right Hindutva leader, is a serial hate speech propagandist who openly calls for violence against Muslims.

On March 12 in Ghazipur, East Delhi, he exploited the death of a Hindu boy to incite communal hatred, branding all Muslims as “Islamic jihadis” and accusing the government of shielding them.

Using dehumanizing language, he referred to Muslims as “street insects” and issued direct threats: “If you don’t encounter those Islam ke jihadis by Sunday, we will do it ourselves. If we don’t find them, we will kill any Muslim we see—we don’t care.” He even demanded the extrajudicial killing of the accused, warning authorities that if they failed to act, Hindus would take matters into their own hands.

In September 2024, in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Bajrangi escalated his rhetoric further, claiming that Muslims are “rakshas” (demons) and that Hindus can “never be equals” with them. He invoked gruesome, false claims about Muslim men killing Hindu women, reinforcing dangerous stereotypes to stoke communal animosity. He blamed Hindus for failing to instill hatred in their children, saying, “We never told them Muslims are demons. We can never be equals.”
