Aman Kumar, a Vishva Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal leader in Jharkhand, has emerged as a vocal and aggressive foot soldier of the Hindutva movement, using public platforms to threaten Muslims with violence, spread communal hatred, and openly push for a Hindu-only India. His speeches routinely blend militant Hindutva with dangerous incitement, often targeting children and teenagers to instil religious fanaticism from a young age.
On April 19, 2025, at a Hanuman Chalisa gathering in Chitrapur, Kumar issued direct threats to Muslims, warning them not to behave like those in Bengal or Murshidabad. He openly said, “We will break your legs,” if they dared to “harass our sisters” or “raise a bad eye on our temples.” He went further, threatening to break every bone in their bodies if any harm came to Hindu religious sites or women in the name of Waqf.
This wasn’t an isolated outburst. On September 1, 2024, in Hazaribagh, Aman Kumar administered a hateful oath to a group of minors. With children repeating after him, he declared himself a “kattar Hindu” and vowed to turn India into a Hindu Rashtra. He told them to “crush every jihadi,” “stop love jihad,” and pledged to deport Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims from the country. The day before, on August 31, in another speech in Jharkhand, Kumar had said anyone chanting “Pakistan Zindabad” should be publicly hanged. He repeatedly referred to Bangladeshi Muslims and Rohingyas as infiltrators who must be “kicked out” of India.
At a Ram Mandir anniversary event, Aman Kumar declared that Indian Muslims had no right to live in India and insisted that those whose ancestors had demanded Pakistan could no longer claim this country. He promised to turn mosques into temples and urged Hindus to be ready to die for a Hindu Rashtra. He ended the event by leading the crowd in an oath to turn India into a Hindu nation.
On October 5, 2024, at a Garba event in Hazaribagh, Aman Kumar again used the mic to publicly humiliate non-Hindus. “If anyone wants to come, we will purify them with cow urine,” he said, adding that if they found “stone-pelters,” they would “humiliate them and throw them by their collars.”
