Akshay Patil is a hardline cow vigilante and far-right influencer based in Maharashtra, known for his incendiary speeches and open calls for anti-Muslim violence.

On April 28, 2025, while addressing a protest in Uruli Kanchan near Pune, Patil openly incited hatred and targeted Muslims with violent threats. The protest was held in response to police action against cow vigilantes in Osmanabad, where Patil and his followers claimed they were being mistreated by the state.

During the gathering, Patil referred to Muslims as “lande,” a slur, and demanded their expulsion from the village. He escalated his speech further by making a direct call to violence, saying, “Now it’s the Hindus’ turn to kill them, just like they killed our people in Pahalgam; now we have to kill Muslims exactly like that.”
